PRAISE GOD!!! He always takes care of us and we are soo quick to forget that ;)
Most of you know we purchased an investment house....well lately I had been praying VERY specificaly.
That is would sell by April 1st- b/f Aulden started going to daycare. And that we would get close to asking price.
We got and accepted an offer today with in 1k of our price :)
We won't close until May-but that is ok, we know it is coming! :)
